i think you're refering to cracks in the clear-coat of the aluminium engineparts, right? aluminium corroding underneath causes patterns like that. in that case i think the only chance is to polish and revarnish these parts.
or just polish it, but then you'll have to polish it from time to time as the uncoated aluminium surface will corrode again.
